Is Your WordPress Admin Menu Munged?

UPDATE: The latest WordPress 4.3.1 versions do not have this issue

UPDATE: This problem no longer exists in the latest versions of WordPress, 4.3.1. So this was a very temporary problem lasting only about a week.
